قال رئيس الإدارة العسكرية في مدينة بالاكليا بشرق أوكرانيا، فيتالي كارابانوف، اليوم الاثنين، إن هجوماً صاروخياً روسياً استهدف مركز المدينة ليلاً، وأسفر عن مقتل ثلاثة أشخاص وإصابة عشرة آخرين بينهم ثلاثة أطفال.
وأوضح كارابانوف عبر تطبيق “تيليجرام” أن تسعة من المصابين نُقلوا إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج، فيما لم يصدر أي رد من موسكو حتى الآن بشأن الهجوم.
