Humane Launches Horizon Ultra AI Computer at LEAP 2026

Humain, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund, in collaboration with Qualcomm, has launched the HUMAIN Horizon Ultra PC at the LEAP 2026 conference. This device is among the first next-generation personal computers designed to run artificial intelligence directly on the device without full reliance on the cloud.

A New Generation of Personal Computing

According to Qualcomm’s statement, the Horizon Ultra is designed to bring advanced AI capabilities directly to the user, providing a familiar operating environment through Windows in its initial release. In 2027, the company plans to introduce the new HUMAIN OS to enhance deep AI integration within the personal computing ecosystem.

Snapdragon X2 Elite Platform

The device is powered by the Snapdragon X2 Elite platform, featuring an 18-core Qualcomm Oryon processor, an Adreno GPU, and a Hexagon NPU dedicated to accelerating AI tasks.

This architecture allows advanced AI models to run locally on the device, with the option to transition to the cloud when greater capabilities are needed, thereby enhancing privacy and data sovereignty by keeping sensitive tasks within the device.

The Horizon Ultra offers faster and more responsive AI experiences in areas including:

Commercial Availability

Following its unveiling at LEAP 2026, the Windows-based version of the device for enterprises will be available starting September 20, 2026, with AlFalak handling sales and delivery.

A Year of Joint Development

The launch of the device comes after more than 12 months of design and development efforts between Humain and Qualcomm, aimed at building a new generation of personal computing centered around local AI.
