Gold prices rise as the dollar and U.S. Treasury yields decline.

Gold prices rose on Thursday, supported by a decline in the dollar and lower U.S. Treasury yields, after the precious metal hit its lowest level in nearly a month during yesterday’s session.

Spot gold increased by 0.5% to reach $4,409.97 per ounce, while U.S. gold futures rose by 0.9%, registering $4,455.30 per ounce.

Other Precious Metals

  • Silver: Increased by 0.6% to $65.74 per ounce
  • Platinum: Rose by 0.6% to $1,770.88
  • Palladium: Increased by 0.6% to $1,354

These gains come amid pressure on the dollar and falling bond yields, enhancing gold’s appeal as a safe haven for investors.
